Package only for Food truck/trailer or Hot Dog Cart to dump and receive water. One time processing fee of $125, additional prep kitchen hour at $20.00.
Booking Fee $75 per booking and $45 per hour minimum of 4 hours per day. License will not be attached in our Commissary.

In addition to Monthly or Annual Memberships, members
are responsible for:
$350 security deposit.
$125 membership application, which covers setup, documentation, equipment and facility training, and new client inspection meeting.
Any smallware or other assets needed to run the members’ enterprise.
LLC or Sole Proprietor/Sales Tax ID/DBA confirming business.
Certificate of Insurance showing a minimum $1,000,000 commercial general liability insurance with Rose Commercial Kitchen listed as additional insured and members must maintain such policy for the entirety of the membership.
Food Manager/Handler Certificate for the business.
